Eanes ISD Lakes Edge Community Presale Starts

Two builders, Ashton Woods and Trendmaker Homes will start to presale lot and floorplan in the brand new, gated community Lakes Edge soon (as early as July 2017). The community is currently being developed and roads are being put in as quick as possible. Model homes will be constructed in there in the coming months.

Lakes edge is part of the prestigious, national ranked Eanes Independent School District, and will only have 118 home sites with beautiful views, greenbelt. The community is near Lake Pointe off Ashley Worth Blvd close to the Hill Country Galleria, Lake Travis and Lake Austin.

Eanes ISD Lakes Edge Community Update

I have received numbers of inquiry on the new gated Eanes ISD Lakes Edge community, and it’s understandable that many potential buyers are looking for new construction houses in the top notch Eanes ISD, since there have not had any new homes in Eanes recently years after the close out of Senna Hills. High quality new homes with price range in 500K to 600K will be very attractive considering houses in the nearby Eanes neighbor are way above this range.

The Lakes Edge community was expected to see first move-in ready house on the second half of 2017, and we are eagle to see how the development is going.

I went to visit Lakes Edge Community on the first day of the July, and took some pictures. As you can see, construction is underway for the roads and utilities. There is no sign of any houses, or any land/lot subdivision.

Based on a recently news from COMMUNITY IMPACT NEWSPAPER, a new and gated Bee Cave community called Lakes Edge is planned with all students attend the Eanes ISD schools. The development is in the infrastructure phase, and expects to see first house move-in ready on second half of 2017. The location of Lakes Edge is East of Lake Pointe and West of Senna Hills. Lakes Edge subdivision will have 132 houses with price range in the $500k – $600k to start .
